Shipping & COD (Cash On Delivery) Policy (ISO Compliant)

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Order Verification: All Cash on Delivery orders are verified via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment must be handed to the delivery rider before collecting/opening the parcel.

  • Parcel Refusal: Unjustified refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

2. Order Processing & Verification

  • Handling Time: All orders are quality-checked and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • ISO Inspection: Every perfume bottle undergoes strict visual and leakage checks to guarantee zero-defect delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard nationwide delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

  • FREE Shipping: Enjoy FREE Delivery on all Bundle Deals or orders valued at Rs. 5,000 and above.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat Rs.400 applies on orders below Rs. 5,000.

4. Secure & Shock-Proof Packaging

  • Fragrance bottles are protected with shock-absorbent bubblewrap and sealed in tamper-proof boxes.

  • Dispatched through certified top-tier courier partners with live tracking.

5. Damaged, Leaked, or Missing Items

  • If your COD package arrives damaged or leaked, notify our support within 24 to 48 hours with an unboxing video/photos for an immediate free replacement.
